Vanilla Ice Cream with Chocolate Sauce and Pretzels
1 cup semisweet chocolate (cut into small pieces)
34 cup heavy cream
1 tsp light corn syrup

2 pts vanilla ice cream
34 cup pretzels (chopped salted)
Directions
1 | Melt the chocolate, cream, and corn syrup in a microwave or the top of a double boiler. Scoop the ice cream into serving bowls. Spoon the warm chocolate sauce over the ice cream and sprinkle with the pretzel pieces. |
