Delicious Brussels Sprouts Orange and Fennel Salad



Ingredients
2 tbsps white wine vinegar
1 tsp grated orange (rind)
2 tsps water
1 tsp vegetable oil
14 tsp ground ginger
18 tsp salt


18 tsp freshly ground pepper
2 cups brussels sprouts (trimmed brussels sprouts about 12 pound)
34 cup fennel (thinly sliced)
2 oranges (peeled quartered and thinly sliced)

Directions
1Combine first 7 ingredients in a bowl. Stir well; set aside.
2Steam Brussels sprouts, covered, 8 minutes. Rinse sprouts under cold water; drain well. Cut sprouts in half lengthwise. Add sprouts, fennel, and oranges to vinegar mixture; toss well.
