Ingredients
24 tart shells (prepared)
1 cup raisins
2 eggs
1 cup brown sugar

1 cup corn syrup
12 cup butter (softened)
112 tsps vanilla
Directions
1 | Divide raisins among the tart shells. |
2 | In a bowl lightly beat together eggs, brown sugar, corn syup, butter& vanilla. |
3 | Pour over raisins, filling 3/4 full. |
4 | Bake 425 for about 15 min until they puff, they will drop down when taken out of the oven. |
5 | Cool on wire rack. |
