Butter Tarts With Lemon Juice

Ingredients :
14 tart shells (18 miniature)
1 egg
1 cup light brown sugar
3 tbsps melted butter

2 tbsps lemon juice
14 tsp nutmeg
piece raisins (walnut)
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line up tart shells on a baking sheet and put 4 or 5 raisins in each shell. (You may want to use less if using the mini shells). If using walnut pieces, sprinkle a small amount in each shell. In a bowl, beat the egg and sugar together with a fork until smooth. Stir in the melted butter, lemon juice and nutmeg. Spoon into tart shells until about half full. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Allow to stand for a few minutes when done and then remove to a plate or rack to cool. Enjoy!
