Ingredients |
brussels sprout (fresh or frozen)
4 tbsps butter
nutmeg (freshly grated)

salt
pepper
Directions
1 | Cook Brussels sprouts in minimum salted boiling water. |
2 | Drain. |
3 | Make browned butter by cooking butter in skillet over low heat. |
4 | Add Brussels sprouts to butter. |
5 | Grate small amount of nutmeg over sprouts and salt and pepper to taste. |
6 | Toss to coat. |
