Brussels Sprouts In Browned Butter

Ingredients
brussels sprout (fresh or frozen)
4 tbsps butter
nutmeg (freshly grated)

salt
pepper

Directions
1Cook Brussels sprouts in minimum salted boiling water.
2Drain.
3Make browned butter by cooking butter in skillet over low heat.
4Add Brussels sprouts to butter.
5Grate small amount of nutmeg over sprouts and salt and pepper to taste.
6Toss to coat.
