Three Cheese Steak Sandwich

Ingredients |
312 ozs philadelphia (style steak)
12 oz onion (chopped)
1 oz american cheese

1 oz provolone cheese
1 oz swiss cheese
Directions
1 | Place steak on hot griddle and top with onions. |
2 | When edges begin to brown, flip steak and chop with spatulas until steak is fully cooked (about 60 seconds). |
3 | Top with provolone, swiss, and american cheeses and cook until they are melted. |
4 | Place on fresh Italian bun. |
5 | Add mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomatoe and banana peppers. |
