Oreo Cookie Ice cream Dessert With Homemade 

Chocolate Topping

Ingredients
30 oreo cookies (crushed)
14 cup margarine (butter melted)
12 gal vanilla ice cream (softened or other flavor)
112 ozs unsweetened chocolate (squares)
14 cup margarine (butter)

1 pinch salt
23 cup evaporated milk
23 cup sugar

Directions
1Mix oreos and butter together.
2Pat into a 9 by 13 pan.
3Spread 1/2 gallon of vanilla icecream over the cookie crust.
4Freeze hard (overnight or for several hours).
5Melt the chocolate, butter, salt, evaporated milk, and sugar.
6Cook until thick.
7Drizzle over the icecream layer.
8Refreeze.
